Three running backs on a BCS program roster.

At least its not like two of the three will be coming off of major injuries.

With all the noise two year ago about the BTW divas, it was losing Collins that hurt. Being as thin as we are might help keep all three rbs we have in 2015. Duke will be playing on Sunday then.

Unlike last yr, I will be ok if we need to rely on Gus, and Yearby. I never had a lot of hope for DC. he always reminded me of that dude that makes four jukes for a gain of one, or just doesn't find a hole and plows forward for a gain of three at most. I like Gus, I think he will be pretty good for us, and then Yearby could be a great 3rd down type as a frosh. And that is IF Duke gets hurt. Those guys that chose to not come here was because of Duke. They knew they werent beating him out for carries.

Lets focus on the kids that want to be here and CHOSE to be here. IDGAF about any others, especially Collins....

Not awe inspiring in the least but it might be enough to get the job done.

If recruiting holds, next year we will have:

Yearby/Edwards/Tucker/Walton/Williams/Cronkrite

And if Duke decides not to go, put him in front of Yearby, and while we're at it--in the lead for the Heisman Favorite in 2015.

I would suspect if they didn't think they were set at running back they won't have released Crawford to play safety.

I mean, it's not Bama good, but I'm sure a lot of teams would like to roll out Duke, Gus and Yearby. Especially if Gus can make the jump and Yearby is as good as advertised.

Running back is one of those few positions where it's not uncommon for a true freshman to come in and play right away. RB, especially being situated in SFL, is not really a concern (especially when you have Duke and Yearby on the team).
