Thread Prefixes broken?

@Andrew , I can no longer add or edit thread prefixes like 2025, 2026, visits etc. Was there an upgrade or was this feature removed? Filtering on the prefixes seem to work (for now).

The website is deteriorating ever since that video player at that top begun auto playing.
