It's time to pick up the pieces & move on from JJ not choosing to be a Cane. People need to get Golden's used cars out of their garages.

- This coaching staff made quick strides to make the OV happen. Whereas, the previous staff would have never even been looked at.

- CMR and Co. have shown they can develop and properly utilize the talents of incoming young talent (Joe Jackson, AR15, Shaq, Mike, and McCloud).

- Don't sleep on Mullins, and hope that Cager comes back with a vengeance.

- From what I've seen Evidence is a stud and immediate contributor with his length, hands, and he's already put on muscle.

Yes we lost Anchor Arms Bruce and didn't land Jeudy, but that doesn't take away from what other surprises might arise due to opportunity. I just hope our fan base can see how much better off we are with Richt and gtfo of Folden's shadow already.

Wow, big time fan of young Njoku. At first I was skeptical, but now I'm sold.

How is this kid a 3 star? That's ridiculous. Yes, his competition was really weak. But Njoku ran some great routes. Reminds me of Tommy Streeter with better hands and route running. Love how he highpoints the ball and makes sure he's the only one who has a play on it. His QB just threw it up in the air half the time, and Njoku positioned himself to make the play.

There's really no WR in Florida, especially South Florida, who brings the measurables that Njoku does. Closest is Grimes. And while I know I'm going to take a lot of flack for this, and I don't claim to be a WR expert, I don't see anything that makes Grimes more special when comparing their HUDL tapes. Does anyone know how fast Njoku is? Grimes looks like he has more burst. But Njoku has plenty with similar hips (hence his kick return success). And Njoku is bigger and has more control over his body.

Was his competition really weak or are you assuming that because he's from Jersey?

comp isn't as bad as they make it out to be. It's no south florida but Ramapo, Roxbury, & Pahokee are solid teams up here.

How much worse is that competition than what Peppers and Gary saw in New Jersey? I heard nothing but raves over those two, and no one ever denigrated them over competition.

I really like Njoku, as is obvious from my post above. But if you saw those highlights, you will see that the DBs and LBS he went against were entirely outclassed. Yes, I do think the competition was weak. But I'm not taking anything away from Njoku. His moves, ball control, body positioning, high pointing were all elite to my untrained eye. What I couldn't tell was how fast he was because the defenses were statues. I mean, he literally blew by kids in many of those plays.

I wasn't big on Njoku but after Sr film I've changed opinion. Also him being in 6'5-6'6 range is quite the weapon
