I talked to him at halftime (Matthew Thomas) and was decked out in Miami gear. He was with Chad Thomas who also had a Miami hat on. A bunch of fans were going up to 6 and he seemed to be loving the attention.

While Al Golden was doing his radio interview with Don Bailey Jr. he says to someone... "We could really use you. We need guys like you. I can't say your name because I'm on the radio."

I wonder which recruit it was?

Kids have to see that we need them. FSU was deeper and more experienced and we hung with them.

Matt Thomas and Grace will be in the roatation when they get here. No doubt.

I was one of the students giving thomas attention. at one point i was talking to chad, essentially telling him he needs to come with matthew and chad called matthew over to talk to me. pretty cool haha.

but i also talked to collins. after leaving him i truly felt like there was a zero percent chance he wont be a cane next season. after talking to him about how sick a duke-collins backfield would be he replied "im better than duke...hes too small". found that funny. he loved that i knew his ankle was hurt but he told me they were playing a bad team so his coach wanted him to sit. he couldve played

Collins was with a really small kid that also goes to planation. he told me he was a 2014 that was committed to miami already...which is weird because i didnt know who he was and i didnt want to ask for his name a few times. but he says hes a corner??? anyone know who it is?

keith bryant assured me he would stay too, but wasnt as assertive as collins. he told me he went to purdue last weekend just to get his boy an offer.

jordan cunningham looked really skinny.

The McDermott family was sitting in front of me. (In all cane gear) KC was cheering hard and was quite happy when we did anything well...not just good stuff by shane

Denver Kirkland was the hardest to talk to. Wasn't trying to talk too much.

I think recruits came out impressed with us. Everyone who went to the game assumed FSU would kill us. Or defense wasnt bad and they see improvement. plus sun-life was packed. yea...a lot of fsu fans but we clearly outnumbered them in my perspective. and i was sitting next to the recruits so thats how they saw it too

Good stuff Dill. Golden can sell this program, we aren't there yet but we are getting closer. Playing tough all night can't hurt us.

I have to agree with dill. Alex Collins looked like he felt right at home. Very competitive. Every kid he seen, he was either commenting on seeing them later in the season or challenging them to a 7 on 7.

The DT's were all sitting in the same area as well. Khairi Clark, Moten, Edgar Cerenord and Bryant. Physically, Clark is probably plug and play day one. My guess is hes all cane. Cerenord has a great frame and very well put together. Moten is the tallest and can be a beast after hitting a college weightroom. Bryant oozes swagger. All great kids.
