This story shows how much a hypocrite the NCAA is

I don't understand how UNC was hit with a failure to monitor, but Miami was hit with the dreadful lack of institutional control. It doesn't seem fair. Both schools had a money man, but UNC also had academic fraud issues within their athletic program.

It's just insane to me that they get off with a slap on the wrist but we are catching ****. In all honesty our case is minor compared to theirs.

If we take the to court, can we bring up stuff like UNC? Show how much worse their transgressions were yet the NCAA chose to ignore most of it.

I mean, UNC has professors at the school speaking out about the academic fraud and the Feds uncovering bigger payments to their players than we ever had proven but the NCAA could give two *****. Yet we have a convicted felon and professional liar telling stories and the NCAA takes everything he says twice as fact.

If the contrast in their enforcement among similar situations is brought up in court there is no way we could lose.

You guys haven't figured out that there is an NCAA bias against private schools? If you're a big publicly funded state school then you're in the good ol' boy club. If you're a small privately funded school in a recruiting hotbed that has a history of beating the snot out of the good ol' boys then you're an NCAA target. Think Miami, USC, SMU...

There is only one reason we got hit with LOIC and that has to do with Wilfork and Rolle. The only way they could include that 90k in supposed benefits is if they hit us with LOIC and could go back 9 years. That's it. If we get FTM then the allegations are completely pathetic.
