I've been hearing how short on talent we have been for 10 years. All the while watching Jimmy Grahm, Jon Beason, Colin McCarthy, Calais Campbell, Tavares Gooden, Orlando Franklin, etc. having great sucess in the pros.

We need innovative schemes at Miami, mostly on defense. 4-3 zone doesn't work unless you have an AA at every spot. Why bother.

Al Golden is a teremdous talent evaluator, recruiter, leader and mentor. However, I have seen nothing in 2 years that shows me he is anything but average as a gameday coach. Go ask Temple fans and they will tell you the same thing.

So he is a Butch Davis 2.0 as far as talent evaluating. I say hire better assistant coaches to assist him in gameday preparations and teaching these kids proper techniques to utilize during the games.

I agree with you totally,we are in bad shape. That read and react defense is sickening to watch. No adjustments,we stay in that soft cover 2 against a running team,wtf!!!

Guys need to get off of their blocks. These young cats are getting pushed around by older stronger lines. Hard to make a play when you are engaged for 5 seconds. Ojomo needs to set up a training session with Osi and Tuck for these boys. Quick hands.
