Did he also watch how UGA went 8-5 the previous year, beat an ND we blew out of the solar system by 1 little point, and got dlck slapped by Auburn...the same UGA team that only made it to the NC game because Oklahoma plays zero defense.

UGA won’t sniff the playoffs again, Rick’s players are all leaving and the Georgia football curse is a real thing: 28-3 and 2nd and 26. It’s some Gullah type curse shlt going on in the state of Georgia. No championships ever happening there.

No teenager is looking at that. They are going by the now. Right now uga is one of the hottest teams in cfb.

As crazy as it sounds, Bama may very well be our biggest threat. LSU didn’t close the deal with him. We shall see.

Surtan grew up a LSU fan, I believe. If so, I doubt he liked Bama growing up as well. Bama is loaded. Early playing time is very doubtful. Maybe it’s wishful thinking but the stars seem to be aligning for us.

Agreed. Look at how many CBs they have on the roster plus the 3 they are bringing in. I highly doubt either of them look hard at Bama.

Tyson and Patrick would be better than anyone any school is bringing in , imo at least. Hopefully you're right though and they look at depth charts

Rumph is getting paid 250k at UM. He is not getting paid solely to teach technique. It is his JOB to make elite CBs like Tyson want to come to UM even if he isnt really interested. Repeat that to yourself a few times so you understand that concept.

I hope Rumph closes on Campbell because there is no way in justifying a huge flop like that.

If he doesn't land the kid who he was a huge influence for his whole football career do you have any confidence in him pulling Akeem Dent next year? If im not mistaken he is the top dog at CB next cycle.

People buy cars and all kinds of **** they didn’t really need because there are great salesmen out there. Same thing with pitching recruits.

I recruit for a living. I'm an executive recruiter for a health care company based in Nashville. I work for a pretty big company, but it's not one of the colossal health care companies like HCA or UnitedHealth and we definitely don't have the brand recognition of our larger competitors. I recruit people every day that aren't looking for a job or are happy where they are. They don't know **** about us, don't think we are as good, don't believe in our brand, etc. It's all sales and convincing the CEO or Controller that your company is better than the other company and that you will put them and their family in a place to be successful professionally and personally. The good recruiters know how to read a candidate, identify what is important and sell them on what they can offer and make that candidate feel like they are the only one for that job. It's not hard for someone that can sell (in this case selling an organization) but I've seen plenty of people struggle with the concept of selling people on a organization and have fizzled out or just have been bad. Most of the time, it's the person that doesn't make the candidate feel like the best candidate in the room or doesn't know how to adequately explain how our business model, direction, whatever can benefit them and their skills that suck. It's all sales.

Try living in the ATL and listening to sports talk. They take every opportunity to put Richt down and talk about how it's so much better now for them, while talking about how it's same ole Richt at the U. It's frustrating as **** to listen to, but I know the differences between the 2 situations when Richt got here.

With them having the same record, regardless of how it happened, I would say that Richt has done the better job thus far. And his COY award backs that up. So **** uGA and Spermy Fart.
