This team cannot hit. Whether it’s Lopes or otherwise, we are really bad up there. I’d love to know what approach is being taught. I don’t see anything.
 
Just can't understand our hitters. Morales takes strike 1 dead middle of the plate. Wih a left handed pitcher, that ball had to look like a beach ball to a right handed hitter. We continue to hit from behind in the count. I just don't get it.

And they just take nice short strokes and hit singles and doubles w/o, supposedly, our firepower.

What's bad is the approach. They take too many hittable pitches as strikes. That won't cut it in the ACC with the quality of the pitching in the league.

We’re stuck with Dimare and it really isn’t good. All the talent in the world will continue to be wasted at this program. And that is maddening

If miami could have done that just once in any of these 3 innings with runners on itd be tied. It literally amazes me the lack of clutch hitting with ROB from basically everyone top to bottom in the lineup
 
Our approach is to guess pitch/location based on analytics. If we don’t get it, we are screwed. It’s horrible. Teach guys to hit based on count. Maddening stuff.

It’s not only no clutch hitting. The strikeouts when all they have to do is make contact is baffling

At this point I would love to see some kind of frustration or emotion from some of these clowns. I know you don't want to lose your composure but ****...just let me see a dude smash his helmet on the bench when going back to the dugout or something...how am I more frustrated then they are haha

It's like they hit the weaker midweek pitchers so they think their approach is fine against ACC pitchers.

It's like everyone of our batters is a lead off hitter trying to get a walk instaed of being aggressive.

We our playing the wost team in the league who has gifted a ton of runners and we can't push any runs across the plate.
