Miami sure landed some nice DBs last year..did they $$$ them all? I am sure the "super schools" do in some form use the $$$ but they cannot capture all the studs.

You answered your own question. $$$ does in fact play a big roll for a lot of kids, but there isn't enough $$$ to get them all.
