The offense was just as bad as the D

Dropped passes (Johnson had a few really bad moments)

Looked to me like Morris was mostly locked on one reciever. Had lots of time on some plays, didn't see open guys, ended up forcing to covered guys for no gain (some atrocious instances where he threw to a guy who was smothered short of the first down marker on 3rd) Looked methotical or even slow thinkin/reacting

The Oline is hard to rate, they were not blown off the LOS every play like we have seen for years, Morris had time, and lots of running plays were telegraghed, 2 and 10s against a stacked box. A few whiffs, but they played well enough to move the ball I thought.

Playcalling looked awful. It reminded me of Nix. Those bublle screens and one yard button hooks SUCK, and NEVER work. Bubble screen for no gain on 1st down, obvious dive on 2nd, 3rd and long. Repeat.

We looked exactly like the Shannon lead Canes. To me that is the most disappointing part, coaching looks as bad as the playing

Yep. Looke dand felt just like the Shannon/Nix Special. All that was missing was total sideline choas and confusion, and a dozen false starts, delay of game and 12 players on the field.

We never got into any kind of rhythm today. We should have gone back to the no huddle again.

Duke needs to be a starter and James and Edwardo can spell him when he needs a rest.

A ray of hope for Sentrel, Bunch got owned today

In my estimation, the offense was worse because they actually had/have the ability to do more. The defense is simply in a sad state of affairs.
