Why does everybody forget he was a coRch at Miami?

And that he was promoting 2 bad position coaches to share DC duties?

With the DC move, it was almost as if he was purposely trying to get the admin to fire him and give him his buyout. But they refused to fire him, so he ultimately decided to leave without a buyout.
