Am I the only one thinking that Kirkland wasn't the only guy who got his feet put to the fire? I'm sure that the staff asked a couple guys where their head was at and they got a straight answer.

Agreed. Also I do not believe for one second that no Kirkland means no Thomas. No way. That's really the reason why everyone is going nuts.

Also the 2014 class is loaded with some outstanding OL. We will be ok there.

If players can jerk around a coaching staff for over a year, only to **** em in the end, why cant a coaching staff say get on the bus or get the **** off?


Also, not trying to make this a Kirkland thread.

Prob headed to Ole Miss (rumor this morning that Tunesil is)...seems that everyone is this season. Wonder what Hugh Freeze peddling?


Back to the thread, yes if this was partly a number crunch then yea we got some good news yesterday. Also, I agree that if Thomas signs here all is forgotten.
 
I just can't make heads/tails over this whole thing. Even if we do have some silents, tell me if I'm wrong, but isn't DK the type of talent that you take no matter what IF grades are not an issue. He's certainly rated higher than all of our current OL commits. And then you throw the fact that he's at BTWHS and the whole thing get's even more confusing. I just don't buy the deadline story.

Let's hope those silents include: Thomas, Coley, Collins, Boswick, Grace and Bryant
 
and who's to say Kirkland can't come back to the coaches and say ok, I made a mistake. The U is really where I want to go. If he acts like a man and quits playing games, Golden would take him back. Want to be a child and play games. Go play somewhere else.

Yeah the tweet was in reference to an event that happened a while ago. Old news.

So, we have some silents? Are you being silent are who those silents are? Or are we extrapolating opinions from said rectal cavity?

If they didnt have silents they wouldnt have given kirk a choice. I just wonder who are the silents?
