..of the End of Recruiting Cycle
Fans should no longer have an impact on results. Back to workouts and FOOTBALL.
We know who our coaches will be for the season. Golden is aware of our expectations & his Homeboy is aware of what a grand job he's been doing.
Finally all the excess from "fans" can blend-in w/ the rest of the noise from status quo haters --As Ed Reed said from experience:"You go to Miami! Nobody likes you!" All the doubters should = ample motivation for everyone officially associated with this team to bust their @sses to succeed.
Whether or not you agree there's an effect on recruiting… Just what is the point???
Sh*t is outta control, and NOT a good look. No way. No how.

For those obsessed with part two of the "Stockdale Paradox" named after Admiral James Bond Stockdale (POW during Vietnam War) and discussed in last year's Raising Canes episode ---PLEASE SEE PART ONE:
1. "You must retain faith that you will prevail in the end, regardless of the difficulties.
AND at the same time…
2. You must confront the most brutal facts of your current reality, whatever they might be."
"I hope I'm wrong", or "I will gladly 'eat crow' if we don't suck" doesn't qualify as keeping the faith… Just my 2¢. Beauty is, doesn't matter what we think now. I hope these 'Canes are up to the challenge.
