As one who has seen this kid play in a few games over the last two years, I really hate that we are not going after him. The kid had us in his Top 4 this summer. Then we were out of his Top 5 when the season started. Rumors have surfaced in Louisiana that LSU and Texas have entered into a bitter bidding war and that many schools have just pulled out. However, from what I have heard, this kid is a really good and hard worker, who is not looking for cheap payout. LSU and Texas have both had disappointing seasons so far. I think this kid would be a great fit for Miami and think Miami still could have a chance if they put the effort in.

I’m sure if he has interest the coaches will here about it. We don’t have paper bag money like the schools in a bidding war. We put players in the NFL nuff said. What has been the common goal in kids who have come here is confidence in themselves regardless of depth and a love for the university the fans and the former players. Not love to the highest bidder or all the tag alongs looking for bag leftovers. If he and his “handlers” or whatever want a bidding war then he better get used to having them on the payroll if he turns pro. Good luck to him and wish him the best. Extremely talented. Tell him to say hello to Devonta Smith, Tyler Byrd, Whoopie, and burgess Becker. Also give Corn Elder, Adrian Colbert, and you know the rest a call.
If you catch Vapors jump on now. Rumor has it that there is this kid Trevon something that might have a say in all of this but it’s just rumors.
History is repeating itself.
I can feel it in my plums!!!!

Cool, he can start by calling Baez and letting them know he wants to commit.

Lol @ LSU being in a bidding war. If those boosters had any sense, they'd spend that bag money on paying Orgeron's buy out.

Lol. Orgeron's buyout is $5 Million. Les is still owed at least $7 Million. Not sure who is paying for the end zone renovations. Amazing that they can still pull the old Patrick Johnson errrr Peterson off.

Why waste time and staff resources on a kid who won't come here?

After being played by Devonta last year, this staff has learned.

If Marshall actually is interested and wants to commit, I'm sure we'd take him. It's on him though before Dugans wastes his time

Bidding war on a WR with a damaged knee & no QB at lsu to throw him the ball. Yeah, I believe it. LMAO

*correction: ankle

I just don't pay attention anymore to Louisiana recruits. I learned a long time ago, no matter what they say (LaRon Laundry to mind and others), it's very unlikely they will come here. Quality talent in that state, but it might as well be on the moon for us.

TAF has more money than they know what to do with.I just put a bid package together today for the flooring in their new football operations building. The flooring in the building Is a million dollars. The building will cost close to 30 million.
Last month I bid on the renovations to the The sports dormitories.3 buildings with renovations running between 15-20 million a piece.

TAF has money and can afford ANY buyout. The Governor stopped the Jimbo buyout/hiring by threatening state funding. Not sure he can step in this time.Too many people on the board that put him in Office and will help re-elect him.

And LSU And TCU we’re battling it out for him last time I heard then A&M got in the mix.Kids family gonna do ok no matter who he signs with.
