Maybe in some cases. The new generation is different than in the 80s when I grew up a fan. Apparently the new breed cares about Class. I guess it is the getting a trophy even if finishing last generation.

i think we on this website are really starting to underrate Duke Johnson's durability and toughness.... he gets dinged up, but to my knowledge he has yet to miss a game due to an injury.

Field Position is very important, so why not have Duke Johnson on Kick return?

Been saying for a while I would prefer we found someone else for KR than Duke. If we had another back in the stable that could really be a solid complement to Duke, it wouldnt be as much of an issue, but right now its Duke, and a mile between the backups. Crawford has some moves, but it small, and no where near Duke. Clements is a little spark plug but he's not going to be able to carry us as the main RB. Id rather have Duke healthy and rested. Maybe if Gus the Bus comes on strong, but right now, we need Duke fresh and healthy to have a viable running game.

Its not about his talent, which is what I dont get with all the "Of course Duke should be returning" crowd, its about keeping him fresh and healthy since he's really our whole running game right now.
