Was just thinking about the future of the TE room in the next couple years. If Mammarelli stays in the class and Darnell Washington commits that would be almost as good as a pull than Mallory and Jordan. Then Cane Berrong is a strong possibility for 2021.

I know 2021 is a ways away but man that group could be Jordan, Mallory, Hodges, Washington, Mammarelli, and Berrong. Irvin runs out of eligibility after 2020 and I see Polendy transferring after this year if Miami lands 2 TE.

Washington is unlikely I still feel. If we pull Dom and then cane the next year that’s elite. With Hodges the primary H back. Love that

Disagree. You're missing a field stretcher and transfomational player. With Mallory and Jordan, you have guys that allow you to add so much variety into your passing game. You're not going to get that with Washington - possibly Mamarrelli although that remains to be seen. They are not the athletes that Jordan/Mallory are.

I like that we arent just recruiting a certain type at TE. Brevin and Brantley are TE who can also play Hback and line up anywhere. Mallory looks like a matchup nightmare that you could even line up in the slot. Mammarelli looks like a classic in-line TE who can hold his own blocking and sneaks out for a huge catch from time to time.

We have a very unique TE room with different types of athletes. Cant wait to see how Enos gets the ball to these guys. I already like what I saw with Mallory in the spring game.

If they play like we think they will, I doubt both Jordan and Mallory stay the full four years. Jordan, especially, looks like a 3 and done. That's why we need to keep recruiting beasts every year, not have these skip-years where we get no one or a kid like Polendy. Need to stack chips.
 
My fault guys I should have stated if Jordan and Mallory stay that could be the group in 2021. Add Brantley to the 2021 class with hopefully Berrong.
