There might not be a better pure football player in this class than TE Brock Schott. The 6’3, 215-pound Leo, Indiana native played all over the field, accumulating 19 receiving TDs, 2 rushing TDs, 69 TFLs and 49 sacks in his high school career. He also plays basketball.

On offense, he has the ability to line up wide while also playing an H-back role similar to Elija Lofton. He is particularly dangerous on screens, where he uses his straight-line burst to get upfield in a hurry. The four-star prospect chose the Canes over Ohio State.

While the comparison is likely unfair, his playing style is similar to former Georgia TE Brock Bowers.




I think he and Nickel are going to be early contributors and excel.
