Talent level required for Dorito to succeed?

If he had Alabama's talent on defense, we still wouldn't win the Coastal, ever. He is that badly outcoached. The two weakest years of the ACC in history, '12 and '13, and Dorito can't even stay on the field with any opponent.

Seriously. The personnel he has now are much better than teams that routinely shut down VT and Duke level offenses.

Duke's O averaged 125 yards per GAME before they met Dorito.

Duke and VT averaged 4 TO's per game BEFORE they met Dorito.

I am inclined to say that the DC of Cuse, who shut out the WF team that put 500+ yards on us, with no talent, is FAR superior than Dorito and his "It takes five years to establish a system" process.

If he is back for 2014, we again finish 4th or 5th in the Coastal.

The fact that Duke and VT put up 40+ points on us is grounds for firing everyone on the defensive side of the football. The defense has been pathetic for 3 years. Pathetic. Not average, not "bad", awful in every aspect.

No D needs a defense full of future All Americans and pro players in order to be good.

You don't have to have UM's 2001 defense or Bamas defense to beat an average Vag tech team at home or Duke for the

coastal division. F'n brutal.
