Tackles for loss rankings change WOW

Its amazing what happens some time when you have guys on defense running toward the guy with the ball.
 
Agreed - sometimes stats DONT tell the entire story - certainly do here

Also love that when we tackle guys TODAY they go backwards - previously felt like even when we were in position to make the play, yards after contact would be awful
 
The incompetence of D'no as a DC is much larger than the shortcomings of Rick as an OC. There is progress, small, but there it's there.

I think next year we will be even better and also we will see it really start to pay off for defensive recruiting cause the staff has film to show. This year the were selling a dream to recruits but now they have proof for the staff as a whole.

Yup. The entire front seven returns and good recruiting can do nothing but improve our situation.
 
Manny Diaz is a **** savage. TRUST THE PROCESS GUYS. There are some blatant problems, but we're seeing improvement- a rare breath of fresh air given the past 5 years

One thing is for sure....Al's ego has him looking for stats of Canes each weekend, so he can think that his guys would play better if he was still Head Coach..
