Every once in a while I browse the ESPN 300 to see where our commits/targets fall on the list. I always find it interesting when I see higher rated kids committed to lower-tier programs, and I wonder if the schools were just on them early or if they just didn't develop as they got older (e.g. Dredrick Snelson). One that stuck out for me this morning was Obinna Eze (OT/OL). He's 252 on the ESPN 300 (higher than Trajan and Garvin) and a 4* (91) on 247. Looks like he has major SEC offers but he's committed to Memphis. He's from TN, but still... It makes me wonder if Miami put a full-court press on if he would be a semi-easy flip. I can't watch the tape right now but maybe that would answer my question for me. Thoughts?

Tre Swilling, Brother Martin, Cornerback (296) - Tre Swilling CB - GT commit
Drew Jordan, North Gwinnett, Weak-Side Defensive End (286) - Drew Jordan WDE - Duke commit (Not necessarily a position of need but wondering how his tape compares to Wright/Carney)
Grant Polley, Denton, Offensive Tackle (249) - Grant Polley OG - Colorado commit (A little more understandable because of the year they are having)
Xavier Newman, DeSoto, Offensive Guard (246) - Xavier Newman OC - Colorado commit (Same as above)
