So far on paper (and assuming commits sign and focusing mainly on his recruits):

1) two year linebacker (3 year if counting Wesley B) recruiting has been awesome. Look at what Manny the clown did to what potential we’ve been accumulating so far.

2) two year (3 if counting Skinner) tight end recruiting has been great and the guy we have committed now (plus more to come) looks like another great prospect

3) it’s a shame about citizen (if we count Mario’s first class but we did steal Ajay from Nebraska), our 2 year rb recruiting and commits this year have been awesome

4) initial defensive end recruiting (this year tbd) has been really good with Kelly, Moss, Bain, Wayne, and potential Colin A (maybe Dt one day)

5) we whiffed some in the secondary last year but Stafford and Demari Brown have great potential, we maybe have a few steals this year in OJ, Day, and Thomas, and potentially could get one of the top safeties in the country in Zaquan.

6) offensive line recruiting was amazing last year and while this year is frustrating even landing another interesting developmental guy or two and getting that monster Ahfua would make the 2 year haul (3 if including McCoy and Cooper; the latter who was a steal) pretty **** good.

7) dt hs recruiting has been concerning regarding numbers but Moten was a late riser steal as was Horton last year. If we keep working and land a couple high end studs along with the portal, our 2-3 year haul is better than we realize (at least in quality)

Honestly I feel like we played subpar and there was significant room for improvement



Yeah...that **** didn't sound right either. We played well on both sides without emptying the playbook and if you want to keep it a buck we could have gave them a 50 burger if we played a little cleaner on offense. The defense played way better and physically than anyone would have thought sans the passes gave up to the backup in the 4t. This was a GREAT confidence building win going into the ATM game
