And I don’t know how to exactly credit this but I’ve never seen us have less injuries to critical players. We didn’t lack in size and strength or speed for that matter.. we lacked in the mental aspect
There isn’t a strength staff in the country that takes slow players and makes them faster. Our team speed is poor and there are still multiple players who look like twigs after years in the program. I'm trying my best to find the strong and fast players littered throughout the roster.
Ward stayed healthy, all that mattered. But Rivers, Rodriguez, Bain, Brown, AlstonAnd I don’t know how to exactly credit this but I’ve never seen us have less injuries to critical players.
The offense essentially made it through the whole year unscathed.
Guys do occasionally get hurt. No S&C program keeps an entire roster healthy and no one misses any significant time. That’s why depth charts exist. That said, compared to previous years where **** near everyone was out, this team had outstanding injury luck/ avoidance.Ward stayed healthy, all that mattered. But Rivers, Rodriguez, Bain, Brown, Alston

Bain walking into the first snap and having a soft tissue injury is a question markAlmost like they play a sport where injuries happen.
That's a remarkably light injury situation given what we've seen in the past and what you see from other teams.Ward stayed healthy, all that mattered. But Rivers, Rodriguez, Bain, Brown, Alston
