Any ideas why we wouldn't have used Garcia in the 9th last night? We were the home team, so no need to save him for a save situation. It didn't make sense to me last night, and the more I think about it the more confused I am by the decision.

Also, we weren't the ones in a do or die situation. We could afford to let Long Beach burn everyone up in their desperation to get it to Monday while we would at least have Garcia available.

I was more comfortable with Guerra, a guy the Dirtbags probably knew nothing about, than Garcia, who has been a hard throwing batting practice pitcher for going on a month.
