Will it affect us recruiting IMG at all?

Don't see how it will have an effect. Only players we've gotten out of there are St. Louis and Fines, and that was before Walsh arrived.
Plus he we didn't even get Rudolph when he was at Cardinal Newman.

Miami hasn't got a whole lot of guys from IMG and off the top of my head never any of the blue chippers (admittedly this was prior to Richt) so even if they replace Walsh with someone who is very anti-Miami and he steers all those kids elsewhere, going from little to none won't have a drastic impact.
IMG's sales pitch is getting their players into big time D1 programs, and to the NFL. So if Richt continues to do what he's doing and rebuilds Miami, UM would be a program that IMG would actively try and direct players towards.

Yeah and so did Fines.....None of the Florida schools are doing well recruiting IMG.

IMG needs to change to a prostyle O if they are really preparing them for NFL. Watched a game and wasn't impressed at all with them for their talent level.
Walsh was one of my favorite players ever at UM. But he's been a **** as a HS coach when it comes to steering kids to the old alma mater. Fck him.

Wasn't losing Rudolph more on Golden and staff? He was committed to us.

Supposedly the staff said he could be the next Antrel Rolle, and Rudolph was offended because he was dead-set on being a WR. That said, I don't think the staff ever told him he COULDN'T play WR.
Bottom line is we didn't get him (or anyone else because of Walsh).

Worse than Dumpth?

Tough to tell who is worse.Makes you think both this guys are 9-5 types, punch the clock and disconect the phone until they come back the next day.Never form any type of bond with the kids.Just prior to this season we saw Kool,Banda and acouple other coaches take their position players to their home to have dinner with them and maybe I just missed it but don't remember seein Rumph do that.
