Okay, so we finally get those 15 extra practices to allow us to keep up with the big boys. Now that we've had that opportunity, I'd like the in-the-know guys to comment on the following guys. Not that I'm looking for All-ACC types, just servicable UM backups.

Hoilette - It's about time for him to develop. Is he showing anything, or FSC/ Div. 1?
Blue - See above. Did he ask for Samsonite for Xmas?
Hope - Any hope for Larry?
Dortch - Has he shown promise?
Tucker - Will he remaine at FB, or LB?
Odogwu - How does this project project for next year?
D. Jones - I assume he's gonna transfer after spring.
Scott - May join Jones with incoming guys pushing them.
C. King - Ditto
Wells - Wassup with him? Not much news?
Lassitter - Should last longer on roster than G. Crow.
Lewis III - Only 1 year ain't much, but does he have dad's work ethic?
D. Johnson - Not Duke, but will he see the field. Hope he can become a decent backup.

Again, not looking for All-ACC types, but not lookin' for FCS quality either. I assume at least 5, or more of the above will transfer after spring practice and I have not even included D. Perry and G. Crow as being foregone goners!
Your opinion?

BTW, as an afterthought, when you add these guys to the list of injured or redshirted players, you realize that Golded was only playing with a roster of about 50-55 'adequate' guys. Amazing.

I agree, a good bit of these guys may be gone in the offseason. We have to do a little clear cutting esp. next offseason. We are going to be stacking up at the skill positions in 2015 with all those athletes in Sofl

Appreciate the effort, but until we know who is EE and who is staying aka Denzel, Chick etc....you are a little pre-mature

repped anyway for a fresh post..

Seemed to me the question was asked for input on the players, and any thoughts about them. Think it is a good post to keep tabs on future or lack thereof. What I find somewhat amazing is the lack of action on the game tomorrow.

I am interested to see what kind of development Jawand Blue, Dwayne Hoilette, and Sonny make. Dortch seems to have some real good physical tools (long arms, good speed, quick hips), Larry Hope just seems to be buried in the chart by guys that are simply more talented than he is.

you asked a lot of questions that wont be answered for quite some time

If we all waited for answers the board would like predictions, dialogue and debate--we would have the answers as each situation or player played out over time, JMO.
