with these class we've brought in i feel like its gonna remind us of when we had Santana, PBuc, Roscoe, Hester....returning kicks. Notice i said "remind us", cause that will never be duplicated by any team. But, Coley, Burns, Carter and Corn are all legit bigtime returners. Burns alone returned 9 kicks for TDs this year. Cant wait for the fireworks!!!

And theses kids free up Duke to just focus on becoming the sickest RB in the NCAA

Easily the strongest, deepest return unit we've had since the early-mid 2000s. Hopefully the defense reduces the opportunities though. Generally you'd like to not give your return man a chance to get over a 1000 yards on KOs.

Coley and Burns returning kicks

Corn returning punts(little guy just better not fumble)

very exciting

are you guys really considering cutting Duke out of the return game?

no reason to fix something if it ain't broken. Duke is proven to be special in the return game. did you forget how many he took back to the house?

i know it makes him more injury prone, but he'll have another year of UTough under his belt and he already did well with injuries last year.

i wouldn't expect to see him absent from the kicking game by any means.

he'll have a MUCH bigger roll in the offense this year with Mike's departure. And CANT afford for him to get injured. he wont be returning kicks.

Doesn't need to return every kick. If we feel like we really need one, then put him back there, otherwise, we have more than enough weapons to be explosive on Specials.

As a Giant fan, I saw Jason Sehorn's career get torpedoed returning a kickoff so I'm forever tainted on putting starting skill players on specials. Even USC didn't have Bush back there every time. We can save Duke for important situations and big games.

didn't the ravens use Ed on certain important ST plays

maybe more because he's dependable and for ball security, dont think Ed has broke any punts in a long time.

I do remember us putting Sean T back there to return punts in special situations

the thing about special teams being quality is having depth and speed. and it certainly looks like we're doing a great job of acquiring both. i love it

Last time the Dolphins made the playoffs the Ravens put Reed back there to return his first punt of the season...and he housed it.

Point is Duke not being back there everytime does not mean he cannot impact the game in a more limited role.

He'll return plenty, IMHO.

im sure more then anything it depends on the success of the others they have returning kicks too. You have Burns return a couple for TDs and you wont see any Duke. No one breaks any....Duke will get more work back there

Not just returns, but the coverage units should be loaded with athletes. Should be a big help to our defense.

burns and coley are just as explosive as duke maybe faster than duke let them get an oppurtunity at taking over kicks. duke is still great but they all gon eat

Perfect world Duke doesn't return kicks but how do you take away one of our biggest weapons? Someone would have to step up huge.
