We have seen a rise in OL prospects down here ever since youth leagues got rid of weight limits. Before, fatties had to sit on the sidelines in their husky jeans, eating honey buns & crying as their classmates played football. Now, they are allowed to play Pop Warner & be developed, which leads to better linemen in high school & more Division 1 opportunities. This year isn't quite as loaded as last year, but we've got some guys that I feel can be strong contributors to a FBS program.

Jimmy Williams III, American Heritage (6'4" 295) - TRU Prep transfer. Plays both LT and RT for the Patriots but projects on the interior at the next level. Can move very well to the 2nd and 3rd level, but the most impressive thing about him is his ridiculous upper body strength. Dad played football at Bethune Cookman. Louisville signee.

Raynor Andrews, Norland (6'6" 320) - Native of the Bahamas that played football for the first time in 2022. Played at Jackson as junior, before transferring to Norland as a senior. Prototypical LT frame with freakish wingspan & massive hands. Anchored Norland's offense on their playoff run. Physically looks like a man among boys on the field. A bit raw & will need work on his technique. Rutgers signee.

Chase Malamala, The Benjamin School (6'6" 300) - Another kid with a prototypical LT frame. Blindside protector last 3 years. Athletic blocker with strong hands. Once he gets his hands on you, you're going down. Also throws shot put & discus. Father, Siupeli, played at Washington and enjoyed an 8 year career with the New York Jets. UCF signee.

Holden Zeitner, Monarch (6'7" 290) - Taravella transfer. Long frame that could use some more mass. Decent mover. FAU signee.

Zack Boehly, Cardinal Gibbons (6'4" 275) - American Heritage transfer. Smart, athletic blocker that excels in space. Played both LT and RT in high school but could move to the interior OL at the next level. Maniacal on pulls. Elite at getting to the 2nd and 3rd level. Father played tight end at Maryland. East Carolina signee.

Jon Rodriguez, Cardinal Gibbons (6'4" 280) - Played varsity at Coral Springs Charter in 7th and 8th grade. 4 year starter at center. Moves good in space & excels at combo blocks. Track background. 3.7 GPA. FIU signee.

Daniel Mincey, Cardinal Gibbons (6'3" 285) - Younger brother of UF/Tennessee/Kentucky OL Gerald Mincey. Played all five OL spots + DT, but frame may project best as a guard/center. Fluid mover in space. Violent blocker in the run game. Will need to improve hands. Showed ability to handle speed rush on camp circuit. Also threw javelin. FCS Wagner signee.

Devan Taylor, Cardinal Gibbons (6'2" 320) - Monarch transfer. Built like a nose tackle. Massive lower body. Extremely strong with powerful base & uses that strength to fuel IHOP addiction. Very doughy & will need a bit of body recomp. 3.7 GPA. FCS Wagner signee.

Melvin Puckett, Monarch (6'3" 295) - Paducah (KY) Tilghman transfer. Helped block for one of the most explosive offenses in the state. Delivers jolt to defenders with powerful hands. Moves good in space. Lower body a bit narrow. Bethune Cookman signee.

William Roberts III, St. Thomas Aquinas (6'2" 270) - Starter the last three years at LG, RG, and RT. Fluid mover that delivers a good pop as a blocker. Needs to get bigger and stronger. Dad, the biggest bawse Ricky Rozay, played football at Albany State. Bethune Cookman signee.

Jameel Carter, Homestead (6'1" 300) - Squatty wrestler with powerful lower body. Looks for work. Helped spring one of the most high-octane offenses in the country. FCS Presbyterian signee.

Andrews was a kid Miami circled back around on in November last year. I don’t think they were trying to flip him, but build a relationship with him in case he hits the portal down the road.
