Hey guys...love your family.. One of my good friend's nephew has just been diagnosed with Naegleria Fowleri. Man this is some bad stuff. It's an amoeba the attacks the brain and shuts it down in matter of weeks. You may of heard of this in the news... He has been flown to a Miami hosiptal from Fort Myers.

His name is Zachary Reyna and is in the second week of treatment with no active vital response.. please mention him in your prayers and hope for a full recovery.. again thanks for your help..



Man look this stuff up in Wikipedia. Its a very serious issue.. Thanks again. Please be aware of this bacteria in local waters...

Just a local field flooded by all this rain we've been having. He was knee boarding while being pulled by a four wheeler... He end up going under water and this bacteria went in through his nose..

yeah they do a gag test by sticking a tube down his throat.... But has not responded to it.

I live in LaBelle and its just crazy thinking something like this happened so close to home. I have a 14 year old and couldn't imagine this happening to her. My heart goes out to the family and I hope that this kid is able to pull through. I have seen a ton of support locally for the family locally so I hope it does some good in the long run.
