Someone said it in another thread, but I just don't get these "official announcements", whether Twitter or by other means, making things seem official when there has been no announcement by UM. Pretty certain these guys above are in the bag, but I hope they get a reality check... that ends up working out in our favor.

Hopefully Mario gets wind of Ferbag jumping the gun on the announcements and gets ****ed off and the program shuts his *** out…

I’m only saying if these were the hires he wanted to make and he had the money to do so, it’s not a win for him. Brady and Briles aren’t the only two good OCs I am well aware of that and we still don’t know who he actually wants - I’m just saying if they WERE his choices and he misses it’s an L

Yeah but I don't think we'll ever really know. Also, sounds like Briles really wants the job, so if he doesn't come, it would be because Mario didn't want him or he was lower down the list and he got someone higher up he wanted. I find it hard to believe we're struggling to find someone who wants the job with TVD and a top OC salary. I think Mario just has this on lockdown.

Assuming those 6 names were correct, 5 are on-field coaches and one is Feld, leaving five on-field spots to be filled. T-Rob is not on the list ON THAT WEBSITE.
