Took a long look at players on our roster and decided a lot of positions need to be upgraded. Recruiting became prioity

I imagine "Elite Prospect Day" wasn't easy to put together and he probably spent 95% of his time on that, now that that's over, I imagine he's been having hiring conversations this week but that's just my guess
