RVACane: There is ayahuasca which involves a horrible purging but you later have an 8-hour experience going to another reality and having contact with Non-Human Intelligence. There is inhalable DMT but for most individuals, the experience lasts 15-20 minutes. Then there is the TOAD DMT which lasts less than 5 minutes but is a rocket to the other dimension. None of these are as powerful as a Near Death Experience which literally brings you to the Spirit World and you certainly have been blessed if you are one of the four individuals who have had what is commonly called "A Life Review" where you are shown the good and bad you have done in your life. Read the books by academic professors Dr. Bruce Greyson, Dr. Kenneth Ring, or MDs Dr. Raymond Mood or Dr. Jeffrey Long for more details. You can also go to Youtube and listen to literally thousands of personal testimonies of NDE experiences. After an NDE you will never fear death and know that you are an eternal spiritual being. DMT is just a short limited shortcut that is not the real thing but it does give you insights of the spirit world. All of it involves Consciousness and our multidimensional virtual reality.
My dude right here has seen the ELVES.

This past fall I saw a group (herd?) of them right off northbound I95, a few miles south from Georgia border. I would hate to hit one of those pigs.
If you do start searching for a new car. They have a hide that is like it’s own bullet proof vest. It takes multiple round from a semi automatic rifle to take them down usually.

My sis is a sleep doc after having been a geri-psych. Amazing how many issues derive from sleep apnea. Glad your on the pap. Has changed my aging dad's life.
Glad to hear that about your dad. Sleep apnea can have so many effects on your body that you dont even realize. What your sis does is an important area of medicine that doesnt get a lot of publicity or glory.

Very similar situation. When they 1st tested me I was in my 40’s and my testosterone was at 118. Recently I went under 200. My wife is very pretty and younger so that helps my *** drive but it effects you for sure. Lol. None of that other stuff worked. Even the TRT only lasted a few weeks.

What they did to fix it the last time is a smart endocrinologist put me on an estrogen blocker called Clomid - something they ordinarily give to women so it’s not FDA approved for men - or it wasn’t back then. But in men- what it does is trick your ********s - quite bluntly - and the trick with estrogen blocking forces you to produce testosterone if you’re a man. It took about 10-12 months and I got into the 3-400 range.

The sleep stuff goes with it often, regardless of weight…. and i was in otherwise good shape so it was the same for me but then you can gain weight as well after the fact and then it’s just a vicious cycle where you have no energy to do anything, you don’t sleep like you should and then you can’t take the weight off like you should be able to, especially as you age.

With all of this there are other problems you can run into of course. Anyhow, for anyone dealing with testosterone issues, I recommend having your primary physician refer you to an endocrinologist. My primary physician here in California is a Harvard guy who’s excellent and he never heard of this. It’s not what regular physicians do and because it’s not FDA approved for this purpose, they just don’t know. You’ll pay out of pocket as well as insurance likely won’t cover it but I don’t thing it’s crazy expensive from what I remember. I’ll find out soon enough again. Lol
Clomid is what people take after a cycle . It works

Actually, it’s both reasons and it has been discussed in DM’s- the service she tries to do to help people along here - yet others are ungrateful smartasses and miserable lumps who nothing is good enough for. They just want to bîtch about everything and anything.
Indeed. Many do not pay attention to these little discussions …👀

I’ve watched YT videos of the dudes in helicopters mowing down 50-100 of those suckers in just a few minutes. Crazy stuff.

T Rob couldn’t wait to update his Twitter to Bammer
And as I called it, no obligatory thank you UM tweet. This dude knew he was going to get roasted and he was a sh*t person for doing what he did how he did. He begged Saban to send the chopper to get him the **** out of Dodge. God I hope he gets sh*t canned after a year like Kul.

Yeah I pushed off getting tested for years cause I thought “I’m in shape” no way I got it even though I snore, tossed around all the time etc.. I had an alarming amount of episodes per night and my body never got into deep sleep. Wild after the first few nights what a difference good sleep makes

She vomits her work life on me cause am interested in it and the arc of gaining acceptance of its importance is encouraging. I know or suspect I may be due soon. She's got wild stories of people coming in for one issue and her tying it to sleep. That's how she transitioned to sleep by being House MD . Super interesting on how she's had to spend an inordinate amount of energy over the last decade showing the c/b analysis to the VA and Uni administrations- she works for both in NM and how that's been the driver, industry side...nvm the science, lol. It is a burgeoning front on both

Guys (and ladies too)..... LISTEN UP AND READ THIS MESSAGE!

Sleep apnea is for real. If your old lady complains about you snoring and ****, but you play tough guy like I did and dont do anything about it for a while, please consider going to the doctor.

Im not overweight. Im in good shape. Im young (relative to some of you old farts on here). It was just a thing. Id snore so loud the **** neighbors dogs would bark at me at night (not joking). I pushed it off for years.

I finally went to the Dr a few years ago and did my sleep study. It was 1 night, get hooked up to a bunch of wires and sleep. Its not a big deal. It showed I actually stopped breathing some crazy number, like 133 times in an hour and not allowing me to get into that real deep sleep.

I got the CPAP. GAMECHANGER. I sleep like a ***ing baby and can dream of Baba Yaga's ****y/booty pics all **** night. It puts way less pressure on my heart which could have caused long term effects if I didnt do this. I wont even go without out it for 1 overnight work trip. I didnt know what a good night's sleep is until I got my CPAP. I sleep through the night without waking up on most occasions. I always had a lot of energy, but after that I feel like Superman in the AM.

Happy to discuss or answer any questions in a PM.

I used to take in absurd amounts of coffee and pre workout a day just to get through. My blood pressure was dangerously high for a 30yr old. Got on a cpap, got my teat levels and bloodwork one line and with unfortunately a little blood pressure medicine I’m good.

My heart was working overtime from all the poor sleep and caffeine

My friend took clomid and he got up to like 900 on his levels. Not sure what his free testosterone is which is really the key to it all.

So much goes into the lab work with estrogen, sghb I think the binding of your free test etc… really need to research and get with a good doctor cause some won’t prescribe it and just think men should walk around with 100-200 range test which is extremely unhealthy and more dangerous than high test.
