Falcons: Tyler Horn, Micanor Regis, Spencer Adkins

Eagles: Chase Ford, Brandon Washington, Antonio Dixon

Ravens: Placed Tommy Streeter on IR

Steelers: Placed Sean Spence on IR

Cardinals: Placed Javarris James on IR

I'm sure there are some more

Cory Nelms got cut by the Niners but will probably make the PS. I definitely had to smile listening to the fans raving about his kamikaze style on special teams.
 
Yeah no need to pile on. sucks for him and I wish all the canes future success. I just hope they continue to train and good things will happen.

He made a poor decision. You can only hope he can bounce back. It's not like he isn't talented to stick around.

shouldn't list IR guys with the cut guys. they are getting full pay while they are on the IR. that's a pay increase for Berry from practice squad and for James since he was out the league. Streeter gets to be paid while he learns and basically gets a RS year. BWash probably wishes he got put on the IR too.
 
And if im not mistaken with the new rules changes, players placed on IR are eligible to return after 6 weeks now.
 
feel for spence. this rook yr would've been huge for him on a team like the steelers. a rook coming off IR now has to play catch up b/c in his second yr while the new rooks on the team are getting a lot of looks

Yeah, I think this is definitely where Streeter can contribute. I'm not buying a sprained ankle taking will need a full year of IR to heal- now he will get more practice reps, continue to learn how to be a pro, and hopefully contribute towards the second half of the season.

there are basically two IRs now. the one where guys are out the entire year and the one where guys are eligible to come back to play this year. Streeter is on the all year IR. RS year.
