NCAA is 25 per class, but you can count them back to the previous class if you had space, which is what we did. Of the initial 33, he had 8 enroll early and count towards 2011 (we took 17ish in 2011; 17+8=25), and then 25 in 2012 for 33. My numbers are probably off but the idea is right.
