Lets say we make it to the ACC title game and upset FSU/Clemson.

That puts us in the Orange Bowl with Louisville. How do we match up with the Big East best? Its a very interesting match up with all the Miami guys and coach Hurtt.

I actually think that by that time with time off to rest up injured players we would be the better team and would beat them in a shoot out. I think the two teams are almost mirrors of each other.

As odd as it may sound I don't think UL is very good. I've watched good portions of a few of their games this year and unless TB is hot they struggle.
The best team they've played is UNC and in most of their games they've struggled.
If Miami makes it that far I think its fair to say they've been battle tested and on a roll. If UL makes it their best win will be over Rutgers.
Miami at home, at night in a BCS bowl won't lose to a team like Louisville. Just my .02.

People are quick to assume were playing in the OB

Uh.....we gotta either play Clemsom, a team with a high power, high scoring passing offense(something weve struggled with throughout the year)

Or FSU, a team who beat us without there best player, on the road with like 4 or 5 fumbles

Lets worry bout beating them first before anything else....

I would just be ecstatic if we go 8-4 and make it to the game, we win the conference next year

last I checked the Big East doesn't have a bowl tie in to the Orange Bowl. They get an automatic at-large bid but not necessarily the OB.

The thread was named "Some hypothetical UM Football..." for a reason

We also ended FSUs best players season, so there is no need for the feminines in here to fear him. Morris was hurt that game, wasn't even supposed to start. We can beat either of those teams, we wouldn't be favored, but we could win against either.

anyone who thinks we can't should go cheer for them

Yes another hypothetical thread

Quickly dismissing the fact that we would probably get smashed by either team in the ACCCG

Lets start one about "in 2014 who do we play in the MNC"

Well, this year the OB gets last pick so will likely be stuck with the BE champ. Which is why everyone assumes it will be ACC vs BE in the OB.

We play FSU for the title after beating them in the regular season and ACCCG. The games are so compelling that the country immediately abolishes the playoff system and crowns the ACC the most dominant conference since ACC basketball.

and

We Skate!

Oh, I thought the location of the NC game got first choice, not last.
