Do you still take the stance Miami has cooled on him? We can pretty much count him out?

Just gave an interview where he says there is 70% chance he signs with miami guess that other 30% is if the coaches want him

Yup that's kinda why I was wondering. Did something change from what Ariz previously reported, or is this wishful thinking on kid's part?

The funny part about that is, a few months ago he was 100% all Canes.
This kid absolutely wants to be a Hurricane, if the staff has cooled on him due to track or his age, I think it's a complete misread.
I trust this staff 100% undoubtedly, however I completely disagree with letting Wilder go elsewhere simply because of track.
Only recently has any other team even crept close to moving up his list, we've been in the lead from the very start & even after the staff has cooled on him, he still wants to be here.
Even though he'll be 19 at the end of his Senior year, I would still take him over Jennings Jr in a heartbeat.
Both Calvin Ridley & Kelvin Benjamin were 19+ old freshman & it didn't take away from their on the field performance whatsoever, so I really don't see what the problem is with Wilder.
Both he & Steed would make for IMO, the best LB haul in the state of Florida for this class.

He needs to commit and stop playing. He said in the interview the other day that he was born a cane and they lead and its 70% chance. But said he wants to commit after the season on tv at a all-star game or something.

I agree with that, he should've been at Paradise, he probably would've committed on sight.
I think he's been recovering from an injury so maybe he hasn't been camping too much, but if this kid is a Natural Born Cane, then he needs to be in this class no matter what. That's all I want on this team, NBC's...

Someone's gotta know a coach at Carol City that can let us know what Wilder is thinking

I see an athlete that needs to learn how to play football. I still want him though. I think he could develop quite well
