This is the latest piece of "journalism" on the project. Is it too much to ask for that a timetable be made public? I guess it'll come out as a "tidbit" in one of Barry Jackson's columns months from now. If someone has seen anything I'm missing please let me know but I'm not holding my breath on the local media hacks actually asking a pertinent question.

Not sure about the renovation, but what are your thoughts on the local media?

How can you have thoughts on a non-existent entity? Again, I might be missing something but how could the actual details of something that encompasses BOTH the Dolphins and Canes be so spotty? My guess is they don't want any blowback when we're playing in a construction site of a stadium for a year.

The construction and the timetable are what they are. I'm not trying to be a ****, but are you saying you'd feel better if there was an article that laid out a timeline or something? I'm assuming they'll hold off on being very specific about a timeline because that will only lead to criticism due to expectations that aren't met. In other words, why set yourself up to look bad?

It's not going to make or break my Canes gameday experience either way in relation to the construction and I'm actually happy that it's being done but Ross did have to involve the local government before he proceeded. That alone is enough of an impetus for someone from one of the local media outlets to find out the timetable-tentative or not. I'm just saying that the media is doing a garbage job on this story. You don't think season ticket holders of either team are curious as to what to expect as this progresses? Only reporting that a $350 million facelift should be done in 2 years is a pretty weak sauce effort.
