I mean this in a completely positive way but he’s kind of a mashup of Richt and Golden when he speaks

Golden spoke with a lot of passion but not much substance. Richt was a super genuine guy but wasn’t a big motivational guy (not saying those are bad qualities) more speak softly carry a big stick though he was capable of being savage
