Not being mentioned is the extra resources in the form of funds, time that when computed together I believe would equal in the Millions that Miami has had to expend all because of the prolonged investigation due to the NCAA's self admitted negligence.
These are definite grounds for litigation against the NCAA and if they don't want to settle this now as Time served I would use that as leverage to get them to do so.

If there is one thing we have right now, its leverage to pose a good argument to a lawsuit. However this thing is far from over. The NCAA is set to go down in its our burning building. Ridiculous!
