Scathing article on the culture at FSU

ouch. lets see where this goes....sucks this drops right in the middle of an incredible season with a QB that has a good shot at the Heisman:cool::D

athletes not taking academics seriously and cheating
belligerent behavior by athletes

yawn, call me when this amounts to something.

Same bunch of crap happening up there under Bowden. That how he got his precious victories removed. The reason ESPN acts like FSU is SEC is because FSU acts like it is SEC. Compare Miami's graduation rate through the great years and then look at FSU's. JJ's rate was something like 70% while St Bobby was under 20% I think. I think Thrill Hill, the greatest criminal know to NCAA is history because of the Cotton Bowl, graduated with a Masters. He works for Homeland Security not the Florida State Prison Road Gang. FUS is a joke of a school, just like the swamp scum.

I would feel sorry for the players but I have taught in the inter city. Some of these kids are thugs before 6th grade and know they will get away with stuff. Others have the same option but choose to learn and not take advantage of all the privileges. Everyone makes choices, and should suffer the results. I thought Winston was being set up but now that we know about the DNA match, the one year cover up looks exactly like that and should get blown up. Plus I suspect Winston is as guilty as he is a good QB.

I'm still to this day shocked Bobby booted Randy Moss for smoking weed. I understand he came in under conditions. But he would have made that team possibly the greatest of all time.
 
LMAO @ the low number of comments in this thread. If the article had been about our defense's woes, we're probably on page 10 by now.

It really says a lot, all the shots over the years about the U, parents should be aware of this, the quality of education and a low tolerance for these types of situation. Like Golden or hate Golden, he has cleaned up a lot of ****. The fan base is frustrated and one way or another will be beating this horse to death.
 
A nothing will ever come of this. We can't have a potential BCS maych-up tarnished. This is big money business people.
