Harris and Etheridge are going to pay huge dividends for us this fall. I'm excited about the talent like Poyser, Day, Patterson and Wallace but I'm even more pumped about having the right guys to coach them.

your not wrong. Inflammation is what you want for muscle growth and ice baths counter that.
