Flood fired the defensive coordinator, offensive line coach and quarterback coach.

It can be done.

Not here it can't. Only during the "under the bus" crunch time, that Golden won't have unless 2014 is a Shannon 2010 or Coker 2006.

There was speculation that Flood would be fired, he probably fired those guys to save his job.

If we don't make it to one of the new "Big 6" Bowls next year, Golden is on the hot seat.

If Corch Al Tin doesn't fire Duh and revamp the D this season, then he's going to lose all the good will he built up. And the program will have no momentum going into next season.

I'm getting nervous that he'll be back next year. The longer he remains on the staff, the more I find it hard to believe he'll be fired.

I'll be completely deflated as a fan heading into 2014, and can't see how anyone can be optimistic about our prospects next season.

Diahrrea dorito is going nowhere. Dude produced THE WORST DEFENSE IN SCHOOL HISTORY LAST YEAR and was kept on staff. What makes anyone think fat boy is going to get rid of him?

Chise, I've got to think Tin sees the schematic dumpster fire on Defense that's staring him right in the face. He has to see that his personnel next year is a worse fit for a 3-4 2gap than it was this year.

I'm not sure he is going to fire dorito but he has to at least revamp the scheme to play to his players strengths. He must see that right? At this point that hope is what I'm holding on to. The alternative isn't pleasant.

D'norfrio is certainly coming back. Wasn't Golden quoted saying that they would have to fire him himself before he fires D'Onofrio?

What a complete stubborn move. What's the saying? Don't mix family with business, well Golden's done it and is so up his own *** that he can't see what's right in front of him, THE WORST DEFENSE EVER FIELDED BY MIAMI.

This is so cruel to the fans, for us to hold on to D'Onofrio means that we are to expect what we have seen the last two years, to expect progress is foolish as can be. This one is going to be so tough to stomach, as a fan, I will have zero optimism for next season, ZERO. What a waste of talent.

For Golden to delay the inevitable firing of his butt buddy is costing this program another wasted year, and his job next year.

Thanks Golden, I think you have all the tools to be a great HC, but part of that responsibility is making the tough decisions, and you can't do it. It should cost you your job next year. You will however leave us as an enticing prospect for a good HC after your stubborness costs you your own job, so thanks for that.

And that's why Rutgers is Rutgers lol

I wanna fire Coach D, but not ASAP. After the season.

The DC was involved in a stupid bullying scandal that was costing the team recruits (in addition to being a ****-terrible coordinator). He had to go as soon as possible.

man you were the biggest Duh supporters this site ever did see. i mean, you would go out of the way to blast anyone who dared say anything negative about him.

now look at you on your high horse like you have the right to say what you're saying now. go down with the ship, why don't you? this gave me cancer

They didn't use this scheme in 2011 and surprise the defensive numbers weren't good. We're talking about an inept defensive coordinator. Both Golden and Dorito's mentor was Al Groh. Al Groh has been a failure at every level. So yes Golden and Dorito may see the problem, but that doesn't mean they know how to fix it. And based on the last three seasons that seems like an accurate statement.

I thought he'd be fired or voluntarily quit at the end of the season. But I'm afraid not. I think the whole staff will be back intact for next season.
