Rising Senior Day in August

There will be another one of these this year, just like last year. Senior Commitments/invited seniors come to campus for a day where they meet with coaches, are given a tour of the campus, get to watch practice (last year there was a scrimmage), amongst other activities. A lot of big names were there last year including Duke, Herb Waters, Jelani Hamilton, Deon Bush (not committed at the time), Tyriq McCord (this was the event that sparked his legit interest in Miami), Earl Moore (committed that day), Drew Harris (RB that wound up at VT), Josh Witt, Danny Isidora (not committed at the time), Gray Crow, Dwayne Hoilett Ereck Flowers, and Jake O'Donnell.

The coaches are hoping to yield similar results this year. It was a great event last year and could have a big impact once again. As the day approaches, we will be compiling a list of prospects expected to attend.

Can't believe it took us 10 years to find a coach who knew what he was doing. If we see the development on the field this year that we lacked with previous staffs there is no reason we shouldn't be able to lock down our targets early on in the year.
