Problem is

1) they’re still kids
2) accountability is essential to development
3) kids generally don’t like accountability

NIL isn’t the problem. Permanent free agency via the transfer portal is the problem.

You can’t develop a kid when development requires accountability (aka: the bench) but accountability causes the kid to transfer.

100 percent agree.

its an easy fix for the ncaa ...they can simply allow 1 free transfer and any other transfer after that unlesz graduate you have to sit out a year.
