i'm not seeing the lack of talent conversation folks are trying to sell ... now we have some holes, (db) but that's no different than every other major college team ... yall know mc gonna get talent, just about everybody i named above was acquired during his watch ... i'm sure there are some names i forgot ... i didn't include incoming hs kids as they haven't signed yet ... the list will fill out more tomorrow ... back away from the ledge

I didn't know where you were going with this but I began to feel better as I read the list. We'll have to have a nice portal haul at QB/DB but I like where we sit more than I would have initially thought.
 
Mario has built some talent depth but they need more developing, obviously it will come down to spending a lot again on crucial portal pickups to have any type of significant run next year.

This coaching staff and defense failed Cam Ward, we will never EVER have a QB with the elite traits he possesses.

We had a Ferrari but the drivers Mario/Guidry were drunk and anytime Cam would get us a head the tires would fall off on defense.

Infuriating to say the least and now we got Lagway picking up steam with the Gators telling our recruits "Cams gone they don't got **** all we need is a few of you elite Defensive players from high school to commit and well play you right away"

We have to clean up this recruiting class and be the "portal champ" but even when we do that we lose to Tech and Cuse when it matters most.

i don't think mc was drunk ... this was actually his best year coaching in regards to game management ... the let down was the defense and defensive staff

lagway loses his two top wr, so we'll see how they look ... that being said i think folks are up in arms because we may miss out on new shiny things, but we have some good talent that we got to play ...

in regards to spending alot of money, EVERYONE (save clemson) is spending ALOT of money ... let's not kid ourselves, UF is bag dropping to have this type of come up ... but when it comes down to it, we still have REALLY good pieces
