Kinda shocked how the Mateer stuff went but that's what Hurricane football has been the last month or so. Looking forward our options seem to be Mendoza, Noland, and a random pursuit of Murphy maybe. My question is how do you guys think it'll shake out qb wise and rest of the roster wise?

I hope we gauge Ewers interest but assume we settle for Mendoza, add rivers, and one other weapon. Defense get coaching changes after the bowl and add a few more starter types. I think we reach 10 wins again next year because the base roster continue improving.

All you guys would have been so miserable back in the 70s.
No, there were zero expectations back then. Heck, they even handed out free tickets in the West End Zone to little league football teams. It was a small, but somewhat cultural experience but in the late 70’s you could see somewhat of a swing to more established play.

Now, we do have expectations and are throwing around tens of millions of dollars yet still not able to compete for an ACC title.

Idk why you're shocked with mateer. Dude followed 2 coaches and is like 1-2 hours away from home
yeah thats how things have gone the last month completely forgetting we got Kellen wiley, the safety we wanted and CJ Daniels.

Honestly, I dont hate on the kid for going with his coaches, I think it's a bad move but I respect the loyalty.
