It is clear, we are not getting top kids on our name alone. Those days are clearly over. We have to be seen as the place to be. This has to be the perception of not only SFLA’s top athletes, but also the top athletes nationally. To do this we have to win (playoff relevant) and have to get kids drafted early. A shared partnership between the staff and the players our players is crucial. In order to “make the crib great again”, Richt has to prove he is here to win and make appropriate changes and decisions that reflect that. Players have to dare to be great and perform. **** the bags, Bama gets you they want when they want because great players know they will go there and win plus when they perform they will be drafted high. That is it, that is the formula and nothing else.
