Idk why this is making me so mad but wtf is taggart done to be considered an elite recruiter?


jumbo was ELITE, he averaged top 5 classes the last five years. No way taggart sustains that type of success with worse on the field performance

Richt did also at UGA. Now that he’s in hotbed SoFL I expect a top 5 class every season unless it’s small in numbers.

The media doesn’t give richt enough credit for the current UGA team by on large recruited by richt.

Will be just fine. Richt can recruit with anyone in the country. People are forgetting that Jimbo was an elite recruiter. Not much will change in my opinion, fsu will continue to recruit well, Miami will recruit better than them with Richt.

Meanwhile, we are sitting at the #3 class in the country with a couple big names still very much in play. The 2019 and 2020 classes are already well under way and looking great and the staff has made serious headwinds in the South Florida community.

We will be just fine. Everyone needs to relax.

If Taggart was such an elite recruiter why didn’t he ever poach a big name guy while he was at USF? Not necessarily a five star but he always picked up the scraps UM, FSU and UF left behind.

Taggert doesnt really have pull in s.fla. He's a tampa/Bradenton guy.

Like already said you cant get any better than Jimbo at fsu. They were national..**** they pulled ther rb out of miss just last year out the woodworks.

Taggart will get his - but lets not kid ourselves, he will not recruit like Jimbo. Jimbo is probably a top 5 recruiter in the country. Moral of the story: Advantage Miami.

FSU always recruited well and will continue to do so, even in the 80’s 90’s early 2000’s when we were rolling, them and Florida recruited well. We’ll get ours and they will get theirs

He pulled in top 10 classes every year at UGA. He should be able to at the very least match that here and I think he is well on his way to doing better.

This . I expect if you look back at our class rankings in 5 years they will have alot of top 2-5 rankings with maybe one top 10 sprinkled in .
