We know that other universities like to demean our attendance so do we retaliate in kind? Do recruits of fsu know that if Mom and Dad want to FLY in for a weekend game it is probably the most expensive flight and inconvenient flight one might imagine. First no one goes there so the airport is tiny and the cost outrageous since no one fly's there. For my job a ticket for a round trip has averaged 550 to 600 dollars from Fort Lauderdale to Trailerhassee. Also Delta is the main airline and every flight goes to Atlanta and has ridiculous layovers making flying there so difficult as to not be an option. The nearest real city is Jacksonville (166 miles) or to Pensacola (196 miles). Then there is Gainesville, also stuck in the middle of no where. Is there even an airport? I've been to the Swamp as a players guest and my seat was an aluminum plank with about 12 inches between two red lines plus the heat, OMG...Mom and Dad would only visit once and quit.

Miami has a fantastic airport and budget pricing, its 24 hours a day access to great restaurants, accommodations, etc.
I was googling info about various destinations and then realized none of that matters when realizing THIS IS MIAMI, NOTHING LIKE THIS ANYWHERE ELSE:

Don't forget, Football is only about 1/3rd of the year! Nothing like a rough day on the water for conditioning!
