Tracking their every move during the official visits via Twitter and Instagram. **** is kind of skeezy no?

If I'm wrong I'll go **** myself in the corner, but I just get a weird vibe from all this transparency thanks to social media and technology.

If you're an adult male following their every move via social media when you're not their friend in real life, it borders a bit on pickle puffing.
 
People rip the kids for "playing games"

What's weirder than a bunch of adults psychoanalyzing an 18 year olds twitter feed. Beyond bizarro

I just feel weird about it all. I started a Twitter because I thought I was funny enough to have people follow me before realizing I suck and I smell like a dirty dish rag.

But yeah man people are like "Matthew Thomas' girlfriend had Chipotle for lunch and left a 5 cent tip! for the amount of rings we got! Cane!!!!"

It just seems creepy to me.

Been saying this for months now some guys especially some posters on here are becoming pathetic stalking and following some of our recruits..
 
All true, but that Catfish Hole video with the Arky rednecks was easily the wierdest thing I've seen in the recruiting game.

Recruiting is big and social media is only feeding the monster. Some people love it and it gives them a chance to get even more wrapped up in it. Good for them...

After this signing day I am going to "try" to drop recruiting, just be one of them dudes that show up to games, like "who is that kid, when did we get him!?!?"

the key is to ignore most of the BS these guys put out there. they are just having a good time. dont go on a roller coaster ride with every **** tweet and facebook post.

you look at a kid like Thomas, and unless there are huge warning flags along the way (a la L$U creepin around or shady street agents) then the top priority kid from BTW is gonna be a ******* CANE. i thought that from the first I saw his sophomore tape. still think he'll be a CANE

a kid like Bryant, you just have no clue BUT he was committed to Miami and is obviously playing games. I think its safe to say that we are at least 50/50 with a kid like that
 
All following of recruiting has felt a little bit creepy to me from the beginning.


It doesn't really stop me, and I imagine the Twitter thing is mutual, to a large extent. While I would never do it and generally do not participate in discussions about it, we all know a large portion of the kids involved are doing it on purpose. Otherwise, they would make their Twitter private. They like the attention, which makes it slightly less creepy, although still too creepy for me to partake.

His gf is about to start taking them out one by one with a baseball bats. She said they even stalk her too
 
I concur its on the creepy side. I think following them on twitter is unnecessary unless you're one of the insiders like cameron etc on here. Just get your info here comment and move on.

IF COLLINS GOES TO ARKY I AM SURE TWITTER WILL COME IN HANDY FOR THOSE REDNECKS TO TELL HIM HOW THEY REALLY FEEL ABOUT HIM IF HE HAS A BAD GAME

THEY WILL PUT POOPS KNOWLEDGE OF THE N WORD (FOR RECRUITING BOARD) TO SHAME
