Recruiting impact of James Coley leaving Florida St. for UM

This brings up some good points. If Coley has gone all out for FSU like I 'm sure he did, how can he now sell against them to some of the same kids he's been recruiting. Ho can they kids then accept him at his word when he says UM is the best place to be?
So close to signing day and the kids heads must be spinning. By this time next year the dust will have settled and he will have some UM experience in which to sell upon.

"Right, but you would think Miami would be getting verbals now in light of this new info.
It may not be a light as people are currently thinking, or the commitments are just around the corner. But their doesn’t appear to be any huge names to suprisingly pop up.

Not a dumpster fire, but not the 90s either."

LOL at these simple FSU fans. So uneducated. Can't wait till they see the "verbals" come Signing Day. Soon enough.

"I'm an FSU grad and I will always have great memories of Florida State, but I was born in Miami, grew up right up the street from the Orange Bowl. I am a south Florida guy, and Miami is south Florida's team. At the end of the day, I have more confidence in what Al Golden is doing at Miami than what Jimbo is doing at Florida State, and as you can probably tell, I'm not the only coach to have thought that way. Come be a part of the rise of Miami and get to play with all your family, friends, and high school class mates watching. That's ultimately what I wanted to do."

Exactly what Coley should be telling recruits.

Coley won't have lick of trouble selling recruits on why he switched.

We were getting half of these guys anyway. 2014 is the real killer.

Talking about the school isn't as big as it seems. All these guys comment about great recruiters and how they talk to them about things other than football. Family, life etc.
